There are many seniors across the Northwest Arkansas area who do not have a support system in place. These seniors love to have visitors come to their homes or even just a friendly call to catch up! Volunteers can choose how often they would like to visit, ranging from a few times a week to once a month. Make a positive difference in a senior's life by spending time keeping them company. All ages and groups welcome!

Faith in Action is a volunteer based organization providing homebound seniors with free non-medical services to help promote their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Description
Service Area: Benton and Washington Counties
Faith in Action provides the following services free of charge to homebound persons age 60 and without a support stysem:
Friendly Visits
Grocery Shopping
Telephone Calls
Transportation
Chore Assistance
Yard Work
Minor Home Maintenance
We are open to all volunteers and have opportunites for groups and individuals. You pick when you would like to volunteer!
