Are you looking to give back to your community and have an impact on someone? Do you have a desire to help youth succeed? Well, look no further! Guiding Light is looking for volunteers to serve youth in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Mentors will:
Have a desire to be personally involved with others to help them achieve personal and career goals
Make a minimum one year commitment to developing and maintaining a relationship with the mentee(s)
Meet with your mentee at a minimum of eights hour per month
Attend ongoing training and support sessions

Guiding Light Mentoring is a mentoring organization dedicated to serving youth ages 8-18 in the Greater Cincinnati area by providing positive role models, teaching relationship skills, and developing moral character. The organization provides 1:1 community-based mentorship, a leadership summer program, tutoring, and annual youth summits.
Guiding Light Mentoring embraces youth from diverse backgrounds and provide the tools necessary to improve decision making, increase confidence and attain resilience. Our programs integrate various resources that motivate youth to take a proactive role in implementing the required changes to drive success. We take pride in empowering our youth as they acquire personal development and leadership skills and journey with us to create sustainable partnerships in their communities.
