- We are an innovative board with a great mission and engaged members.
- Mission: To enhance Greenburgh Library services for our community by raising funds and providing resources for special projected proposed by the Library.
- The Guild has supported upgrades to the children's library and computer lab, as well as funding self checkout machines.
- Our next project.... renovation and reimagination of the outdoor patio/ public space.
- We just had a successful fundraiser and are using it as a springboard for other events.
- It doesn't take much time to help us out - only about an hour a month! Meetings in-person and supplemented with Zoom
- We need tech savvy board members!
- We would welcome your expertise in just about any area, so please reach out.

Mission Statement
The Greenburgh Library Guild raises private funds to support the mission and goals of the Greenburgh Public Library in Elmsford, NY, which receives more than 250,000 users annually. Private funds are needed for special projects outside of the library's ongoing operating budget. With private support we are able to update technology, support needed renovations, and advance new programs.
Description
The Guild is a small, but growing, all volunteer organization whose sole focus is raising funds for special projects at the Library. Active board members with expertise in nonprofit finance, fundraising and communications are essential to carrying out this mission.
