The Northern Dauphin Transportation Service (NDTS) provides individuals with transportation for non-emergency medical appointments, access to food, and employment. The service is offered Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. A van is provided for volunteers to use.

You can volunteer as little or as many hours as your schedule permits. Become a NDTS Driver and help make a difference in your local community!

*Please note clearances are required for this opportunity. TCCA will pay any cost associated with these clearances.*

NDTS is in compliance with CDC and state guidelines on COVID-19 protocols.

Description

Tri County Community Action is your local community action agency, working in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties in Pennsylvania.

We offer a comprehensive approach to individual, family, and neighborhood success, to include a wide range of programming - from budgeting, home ownership, parenting, and financial literacy education, to in-depth and wrap-around services such as early learning, child and youth development, long-term case management, and neighborhood planning and revitalization.

Everything we do is to support families, strengthen communities, and eliminate poverty!

  • No more than two moving violations in the previous two years. No convictions for a DUI in the past 10 years. No at-fault accidents in the previous two years. No hit and run or leave the scene of an accident incident.
