This is Rev. Pierre of the Deeper Life food pantry located at 212 South Ocean Avenue, Freeport, NY.
This opportunity is for a volunteer position at our food pantry. Responsibilities include:
1. Opening boxes/packages and stocking shelves
2. Lifting and moving boxes (Must be able to tolerate lifting 10 lbs)
3. Preparing and administering packages for clients and patrons
We operate Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm until 4 pm.
We do not operate on weekends.
Please note: face mask is required.

To preach good tiding unto the meek, to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord 4. To glorify God through praise and worship and to live in the beauty of holiness 5. To fulfill the great commission, compelling men and women, boys and girls to come to Christ through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel. 6. To feed the hungry, give drink to those who are thirsty, give shelter to the homeless, to clothe those who are naked, to visit the sick and those in prison.
Description
The Deeper Life Fellowship and Deliverance Center is a non-denominational Christ-centered ministry whose focus is God, family, and community. We have served the communities of Hempstead, Westbury, Freeport, as well as Nassau County for over 23 years. We have a food pantry and clothing ministry for those in need of assistance. Our food pantry operates on both Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 am to 4 pm. We look forward to you serving and fellowshipping with us!
