Vaccination Pre-registration Assistant (Saturday and Monday)

We are looking for volunteers to help with registering people to get their vaccine this Saturday, April 10th and Monday, April 12th. You will be responsible for registering people by either taking phone calls (inbound calls) or attending to walk-ins (people who register in person). The Pre-registration event times are between 9am-4pm and there will be 4 shifts available on both Saturday and Monday. You can sign-up to register people either over the phone or people who comes to our facility and wants to register in person. If you are taking calls, you will be stationed at one of our desks with a phone and computer where you will registering people over the phone. If you sign up for the walk-ins, you will be stationed at a table in our gym with an iPad (which we will provide). Hand Sanitizer, masks, disinfectant, pen, and paper will be proved.
