ORGANIZATION: Recovery Career Services

I am a person in recovery who has recently started a nonprofit in WA State.

My programs focus on delivering career coaching and employment assistance to individuals recovering from addiction, homelessness, and past criminal justice involvement. When I entered recovery, I had to overcome all three of these conditions, so I know the difficulties and want to help others rebuild their lives. The employment challenges to the groups with these hurdles are unique and immense.

My goal is to offer these services at no cost for the clients who need them. To achieve this, I am searching for a fundraiser or grant writer to write grant proposals or make connections with private individuals who believe in the cause to help fund our programs.

I invite you to look at our website at recoveryandwork.org and to view my LinkedIn profile at https://www.linkedin.com/in/tyreedmba.
