Project H.O.P.E., an equine-assisted therapy, 501(c)3 non-profit organization needs of a few additional board members.

We are based in Bowling Green and Findlay, Ohio, and are in search of energetic, positive and empathetic people who are looking to "give back" to a very worthy cause. Our organization focuses on providing financial support to children and families who need our equine assisted therapy services as well as carefully managing our horses and facilities.

Specifically, we are looking for the following in Board Members:

1) Someone able to attend in 70% or more of our board meetings (we are currently holding our meetings on Zoom, due to the coronavirus). We typically hold 9 meetings per year

2) Someone with a willingness to participate in a few additional activities over and above our board meetings. This can include any of the following: our summer camps, fundraisers such as Halloween on Horseback, help with our financial matters, marketing/social media, or working with our horses and facilities

3) We specifically need people who are able to help us with our social media activities. Of course, we are seeking others without those skills as well.

4.) Our board term commitment is a minimum of two years.

Our Board of Directors is an informal and relaxed group of individuals who are committed to working to support the children and families that need our equine assisted therapy services. In addition to supporting these families, our organization has a lot of fun and develops a strong comradery through our various activities. As board members, we all gain great satisfaction in the time we spend with the children.
