We are currently looking for event coordinators who will be able to facilitate events, workshops and seminars to the public on weekends.
This candidate will have strong areas in:
Support and willingness to assist
Organizations and Planning
Be at events/workshops to over see the event goes smoothly
Keep count of all participants by having them log in and sign waivers
Manage collecting funds and cash donations at each event
Be on time to each event, with all items needed to facilitate the event
Be a kind, friendly person who greets all members of the community with an open heart
Pass out information while event is taking place
Be able to fill out paper work on the event and email it to the Vice President of Wellness
Responsible for cash deposits after each event
Be able to maintain consist communication with supervisor (VP)
Social media reminders and photos of event
This opportunity gives a great deal of experience in event coordinating and planning.
Looking for those with a passion to help and ability to learn
Experience isn't required but organization and time management skills are a MOST

Harmony's programs focus in the areas of Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health. Harmony helps people cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Harmony aids people socially, educationally and emotionally live healthier lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. Harmony seeks to enhance people's quality of life, meaning, and purpose. Harmony allows opportunity to create awareness, allowing restoration (healing) and aiding in alignment (overall well-being). FREE Wellness for ALL! That's right! We facilitate wellness workshop in all areas of the body. This is at no cost to the public. All funds received are LOVE Donations from the community. The donations help fund the programs so that everyone can receive wellness regardless of ability to pay.
We are always in need of volunteers to help run our events. Listed are our current positions:
