WDNP 102.3 FM is looking for volunteers to work behind the mic or behind the scenes. Production, tech work, website, office administration, on-air, sales, events, promotions and more. We are an all volunteer station. Email info@wdnp.org for more information. We service the Dover-New Philadelphia, Ohio areas. We provide all training at no cost to you. We accept students and adults of any age.

It's a two-part mission: To afford an educational opportunity for people to enjoy exploring electronic communication through radio, social media, public relations, public affairs, engineering, writing, and music. The other mission of DNP 102.3 is to serve as "the voice" of all the other non-profits in the local Dover - New Philadelphia area!
