Healthy Living for ME, a statewide non-profit, is in need of local community members in York and Cumberland counties to empower others to improve their health and confidence, by leading fun, interactive classes right in your own community!
Class trainings include: Tai Chi for Health and Balance, Living Well for Better Health, Living Well with Chronic Pain, and Living Well with Diabetes.
No experience? No worries! We will provide you with a free virtual leader training. Volunteers are reimbursed for mileage and are eligible for a stipend!
To learn more about upcoming leader training opportunities, please contact Katherine Mills at 207-440-2390 or e-mailing info@healthylivingforme.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
