Key Responsibilities:
Community Partnerships collaborate with other non-profits, community groups, faith-based, civic groups, and other community stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to engage in programs and service delivery across prepare, response, and recover while adhering to the principles of the Red Cross. This position is responsible for the overall execution of the Community Partnerships (CP) program within the Region including:

  1. Oversee overall CP program, ensuring current CP doctrine and guidance is observed.
  2. Ensure effective planning for CP program to identify and build relationships with groups reflective of at-risk population and able to assist with program and service delivery.

Qualifications: Ability to build and lead a team using a collaborative leadership style and demonstrating traits of honesty, forward-looking, competence, intelligence, and compassion. This position will envision a team’s impact on CP/EM relationships and inspire the team into action. They will ensure the team understands how they fit into the larger DCS structure and how their actions can positively influence and support the DCS Program as a whole.

We will provide job training.
