The Manna Place is a non-profit organization that believes in offering mental health services to people of color at low to no-cost. We are looking for a therapist that has a heart to serve the mental health needs for people of color. This is a startup company and your services will be pro bono until behavioral health funding is secured.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat the emotional, behavioral or mental state of clients
- Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
- Monitor client progress during treatment
- Document client observations, progress and treatment plans
Requirements
- A Master's Degree
- Professional ethics
- Excellent communications skills
- Empathy for clients
- High confidentiality with client information

The Manna Place is focused on a few programs:
Drive4Drawers - providing underwear to our local shelters
Behavioral Health - includes low cost Life Coaching and Therapy for people of color
Manna Reads - new program where volunteers read to the children in our local shelters
