We will be at the Holiday Inn across from the airport.
For the setup of the gala you may dress casually/comfortable. We ask that you wear a mask and all the tables that we will be setting up are socially distanced. We will be covering chairs, setting up banners and decorating tables.
For volunteers during the gala, we will need people to help take temperatures of participants, provide directions to help people find their table, set up silent auction items and assist with nametags. Afterwards we need people to help take down the decorations and banners. Dinner will be provided for the volunteers. We ask that you wear a mask during the gala.
