* Assist Veterans with checking into ED
* Wheelchair transport of patient Veterans as required
* Transport specimens from ED and Laboratory
* Serves as a customer experience representative of the service
* Provide wayfinding for visitors and guest within the facility
* Route patient complaints, concerns or questions to the appropriate Service level champion
* Assist staff with other duties as assigned
