Be the first point of engagement for people entering our Escondido headquarters. You will be the one to welcome guests to our campus, screen them, and point them in the direction they need to go to receive services, deliver a donation, take a tour, meet with staff, etc. In this position, we will rely on you to have clear boundaries regarding protocols people need to follow to gain access on our campus. You will have direct client contact as well as interactions with donors, business partners, staff, volunteers, and interns. If you have an outgoing personality, understand the importance of respecting guidelines, like to share important information, want to represent Interfaith in a positive way, then this opportunity is meant for you!

One shift per week minimum, or multiple shifts per week (morning or afternoon).
Able to work outside in varying weather conditions. Established experience in customer care/client relations required. Experience in social services a benefit. Experience and aptitude to follow de-escalation techniques.
