Celebrate Earth Day with an old-fashioned tree planting, KIB style. Did you know that a single full-grown tree can absorb thousands of gallons of storm-water each year? Be a part of the transformation of the Haughville tree canopy and sign up now to secure your spot. Together we'll be planting over a hundred beautiful 1.5" caliper native trees in just three hours. Trees not only provide shade and homes for native wildlife, they also can help reduce storm water runoff and lower noise and air pollution.
Since we’ll be working in pairs, ask someone in your household to sign up to join you for both more fun and increased safety. If you come alone, you will have the option to plant alone or with another solo volunteer. Kids welcome at all ages!
