Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 6 people are interested

Our Cove Drive trail is a beautiful recreational area for Carlsbad locals. This trail is located right on the shore of the Agua Hedionda lagoon and is a public space for swimming, paddle boarding, hiking and bird watching.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, volunteers were unable to maintain and manicure this trail which has led to overgrowth of the plants bordering this trail. The grasses that grow alongside this trail have extended onto the trail, making it too narrow.

The goal of this event will be to widen this trail by removing the plant overgrowth.

All gardening supplies will be provided during this event.
