Intern/Volunteer Requirements and Qualifications:
*Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Self-directed and able to work without supervision
*Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
*We'd prefer students/graduates that are currently seeking a degree in social work, psychology, and public health.

Job Description:
*Assists the program manager with the development and implementation of the mental health program.
*Conducts one-on-one virtual life coaching consultations to eligible clients.
*Performs community outreach initiatives, promoting the mental health program to local healthcare leaders, social workers, health programs, and providers.
*Leads community engagement and mental health awareness projects.
*Conducts intake assessments with members who request counseling or life coaching services and completes the required clinical documentation via our electronic system.
*Provides mental health referrals to licensed mental counselors when necessary.
*Ability to facilitate individual online support groups, monitor content and report updates.
*Attends training seminars, staff meetings and supervision on a weekly basis and in a prompt manner.
*Assists with administrative and research duties and research projects.
