Chinatown Museum Foundation, which governs the Chinese American Museum of Chicago, located in Chicago’s Chinatown, is looking to increase its number of board directors. We are especially looking for people with fundraising experience.
If you are interested in serving on a nonprofit board with other individuals who are passionate about maintaining a Museum in Chicago for the purpose of promoting exhibitions, education, and research related to Chinese American culture and history in the Midwestern United States, ensuring the museum’s sustainability, and safeguarding its existence so as to preserve stories about Chinese Americans for future generations, we would love for you to join us.
Chinese descent or Chinese-speaking is not required, but knowledge of Chinese American history is preferred.
