In keeping with Cal Lutheran's mission to educate leaders rooted in service and justice, the Community Service Center creates opportunities that lie at the intersection between student interests and service. We strive to empower students to make a difference in their community.
Cal Lutheran is one of eight universities which were selected to join a first in the nation program to help students pay for college through public service targeting challenges in their region. As a program under the Sarah W. Heath Center for Equality and Justice, AmeriCorps Fellows will have the opportunity to make an impact in their communities through valuable hands-on experiences. With contributions from AmeriCorps and California Volunteers, this program has received $340,000 in funding to support these efforts.
We'll work with your schedule.
