Want to make a difference in your community? Become a food pantry volunteer and help ensure that the more than 1 million hungry Hoosiers have food on their table and go to bed healthy and happy.

Kroger Reclamations volunteers will scan, inspect, sort and pack donated food items that will fill our Family Meal Boxes. These boxes are being delivered to homebound Marion County residents and Community Centers to feed their local communities.

• Some light lifting is involved - up to 10 lbs
• Volunteers will scan donations into a computer - very similar to using the self-checkout at the grocery store.

• Accommodations can be made if needed. Just let us know!

No experience required - we'll train you at the start of your first shift! No commitments required, you can volunteer for one shift or as many as you would like!

Volunteers are needed for the following days and times:

Mondays through Friday 8:30am-11:30am and 12:30-2:30pm

**All volunteers must wear a mask or facial covering while volunteering as noted in the state wide Public Health Order.

**While Gleaners is exempt from the social distancing rule due to the nature of our business, we are doing everything we can to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and volunteers. We have sanitation stations set up around the building and are providing gloves for all volunteers. We are preventing large gatherings and, where possible, keeping everyone six feet apart.

**When you arrive, we will take your temperature using a forehead thermometer. This information will not be recorded.
