Mission Statement
The Butterfly Lifestyle is a nonprofit on a mission to Inspire, Empower, Encourage, and Inform individuals on their journey to living a healthier life. Our belief is for an individual to truly be whole; the mind, body, and soul are all required to be healthy. The nonprofit exists to help and facilitate individuals on making the necessary lifestyle changes allowing them to be the best version of themselves possible.
Description
The Butterfly Lifestyle nonprofit was first established in Florida in May 2019 by Health and Wellness coach Shereece Mitchell. It was through her process of losing over 100 lbs. that Shereece had the epiphany that she not only needed a physical transformation, but also a spiritual and mental alteration. Combining her love for helping others and volunteering, The Butterfly Lifestyle became her brainchild and was thus formed to assist individuals who are less fortunate to receive opportunities to live a healthier life.
