We need volunteers to create artwork to welcome residents of Hearth at Four Corners into their new home. We plan to have at least one form of artwork taped to each door to brighten their day! Be creative as you would like, but we request that you avoid religious or holiday themed artwork, anything discriminatory, no bad/foul language.
Hearth at 4 Corners is our newest site and slated to open in May 2021. We will have 54 units of supportive, affordable housing for older adults of which, eight units will be set aside to house formerly homeless individuals and eleven units are for clients of the Department of Mental Health. All residents will have 24/7 access to on-site concierge services and a Resident Service Coordinator; additional wellness services will also be available. The new housing development will serve individuals age 62 or older who have either low or middle-income housing needs.
Help us build community and welcome our new neighbors in to Dorchester's Four Corners Neighborhood!
Please send Artwork to our administrative offices:

About Hearth, Inc.
1640 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02118, US
Hearth is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of homelessness among the elderly. This mission is accomplished through a unique blend of prevention, placement, and housing programs all designed to help elders find and succeed in homes of their own. To this end, all housing operated by Hearth provides a creative array of supportive services that assist residents to age with dignity, regardless of their special medical, mental health, or social needs. Hearth believes these goals are best accomplished through respect for elders and staff, with the desire to see both achieve their highest degree of potential.
Hearth, Inc. operates 174 units of permanent housing for formerly homeless elders at six residential sites throughout Greater Boston. The essence of Hearth's Housing Model is the integration of interdisciplinary services at each residence:
- Mental Health Care
- Health Services
- Social Services
The Outreach Program works with over 325 elders each year, helping them find and succeed in homes of their own.
Hearth's National Initiative focus on raising awareness about the crisis of elder homelessness and promoting Hearth's Housing Model and Outreach Program as the solution.
