Board and committee members are there to guide the work of the organization. There care generally two meetings a month, done both in person and virtually. These positions impact the community and each person should have 8 hours a month to commit to activities of the position.
The below skills listed are suggestions. We need to have people who are interested in improving the communities we impact and have a willingness to learn.

Mission Statement
Our Mission is to provide programs and services to the residents of DMV(DC,MD,VA) area that will empower them to improve the socio-economic landscape of its residents, using coaching principles.
Description
We have programs for youth to adults to provide skills classes, peer support groups and community support, with coaching principles, to help people move forward in their lives. We want to empower people to improve their lives and gain financial stability, among other things.
