OneOC seeks a volunteer that is well-versed in Salesforce to support our efforts to leverage its automation processes and Process Builder. We are looking for someone with experience in developing the following:
Salesforce Automation
- Automated emails triggered by a specific event (including time, creation of an lead, account or opportunity, status change, or task creation)
- Automated task creation triggered by a specific event (see above)
- Automated opportunity creation triggered by a specific event (see above)
Salesforce Process Builder
- Experience using Salesforce Process Builder to create email drip campaigns
Create video / visual SOPs demonstrating how to use the above features so that we can leverage organization-wide.
If the volunteer is looking for longer term project opportunities, OneOC has other requests related to Salesforce and our overall technology planning that this person could be a part of.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce expertise
Strong communication skills (able to translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand terms)
Tech-savvy
