We now have an exciting opportunity for a volunteer Senior Recruiter to join us at ADC. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will be responsible for primary oversight and management of sourcing the best possible candidates and matching them to open positions.
The Senior Recruiter will focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates, and develop and manage ADC recruitment processes, procedures and systems.
Perform job analysis, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, implement recruiting and sourcing strategies.
Take ownership of sourcing and recruiting experienced volunteers through innovative sourcing channels and targeted advertising to meet ADC needs, including requisition management.
Manage the selection process for both project based and home office-based roles.
Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have a superb experience from the start.
Partner and advise hiring managers on the recruitment process and assist them as needed
Initiate employer branding strategies to attract high potential candidates
Research businesses that encourage their employees to volunteer and pitch our volunteer opportunities to them
Proven experience in a senior recruitment and sourcing function
At least 4 years of relevant recruitment and talent sourcing experience
Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent) or working towards this
Skilled in finding talents using LinkedIn, Boolean and social media and able to maintain talent pipeline
Proficient in cloud based ATS, CMS, Microsoft 365 and analytical tools
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Well organized as recruitment is a fast-paced area
Available to volunteer at least 7 hours a week
