Engaging and enthusiastic individuals who love the mountains, nature, education and history to work with visitors and school group. We have many outdoor and indoor displays that need docents to communicate the importance and relevance of our artifacts to the history of the Sierra. A perfect way to spend a day in the mountains! Many other opportunities include Social Media help, Silent Auction solicitors, Event help, Steam Engine operators, Teachers, Event Planners, Blog Writers and MORE!
We will train you. All you need is an appreciation for the Mountains and your love of history will grow.
