MAKING THE PEOPLE HEARD IN WASHINGTON
THE COALITION OF VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS WOULD LIKE TO OFFER HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS SEEKING BETTER GOVERNMENT WHICH RESPONDS TO THE NEEDS OF ORDINARY PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY VETERANS WHO HAVE SERVED THEIR COUNTRY HONORABLY, AN OPPORTUNITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES IN A MEANINGFUL WAY.
AT THIS TIME, OUR CITIZENS FOR VETERANS CORPS IS ENDORSING LEGISLATION REQUIRING THE VA TO OFFER DENTAL CARE TO ITS REGISTERED VETERANS. CONGRESS MUST ACT IN ORDER TO PREVENT SUFFERING AND EVEN DEATH OF THOSE OF OUR HEROES, MOST ELDERLY AND IN POOR HEALTH, FROM ENDURING FURTHER SERIOUS DENTAL HARDSHIPS AND INFECTIONS.
CVO IS ASKING ITS CITIZEN VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE PHONE CALLS AND SEND EMAILS TO CONGRESSIONAL OFFICES EDUCATING THEIR LEGISLATORS CONCERNING THE DIRE NEED FOR SUCH FEDERAL DENTAL HEALTH REFORM

CVO is headquartered in the City of Chicago and is composed of veterans organizations and allied groups supporting the well being of military families and veterans for the purpose of engaging in activities designed to maintain and improve the quality of life for these American heroes and their families who have sacrificed so much so we may all live in peace, prosperity, and good fellowship.
