Our Fundraising Event:

• In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Inside Health Institute would like to provide a series of 5-10 virtual classes (about 1-2 per week) that promote relaxation and help attendees de-stress.
• The goal is to frame the series as a "Sampler of Courses." Every session will be different so attendees can try out a new relaxation technique every week!
• Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, music therapy, herbal education, dance, fitness - you name it! We're open to ideas and would love your support.
• 100% of ticket sales revenue will be used to help grow our service volumes, providing affordable and equitable healthcare to more members of our community.

Session Details:

• Each volunteer is only asked to lead a 1-hour session (if you're interested in more, we can discuss).
• We're flexible about whether these sessions occur live via Zoom or if they're pre-recorded. Let us know your preference and we can work with you!
• The Music Therapist volunteer should be comfortable guiding a large group through the music therapy session, most/all who will probably choose to keep their cameras and microphones off (if the session is live).
