The Information and Planning Lead is responsible for gathering data required for the effective management of a disaster response, including information about the scope of the disaster and the effectiveness of the response. The data compiled by Information and Planning also supports reports to donors about the effective use of the resources they have provided to the Red Cross. This Lead will envision their team’s impact and inspire the team into action. They will ensure the team understands how they fit into the larger Disaster Cycle Services structure and how their actions can positively influence and support the program as a whole.
