The Financial and Statistical Information Team is responsible for controlling Client Assistance Cards and consolidation and data entry of financial and statistical information. The purpose of this position is to perform Financial and Statistical Information readiness and capacity building activities needed to enable effective service delivery in a disaster response.
Ordering financial instruments from the appropriate source and securing them in a locked area upon receipt
Transferring Client Assistance Cards within the region as needed and ensuring a Client Assistance Card charge-out record is completed
Accounting for the transfer of any Client Assistance Cards from one Red Cross employee or volunteer to another
Retrieving and accounting for financial instruments issued to volunteers and employees
Immediately deactivating/voiding any instruments that cannot be retrieved or accounted for
Consolidating and entering data for financial and statistical information into standard reports
Follow and implement requests received from supervisor with little or no supervision
Adapt to change, negotiate compromise and tolerate ambiguity
Build effective relationships with others who can help with goals
