DEFEND's Tech Team (and supporting team members) is responsible for developing concepts of viability for the future of DEFEND and the world. One of those projects is the development of a NEW social media platform with age/ID verification built in from the ground up called 65square (Google it).

We've developed a login system using facial analysis (up on the App Stores now: 65square Age Gender Guesser) which uses artificial intelligence /machine learning to protect those on our platform.

A team lead will need to have great communication skills, organization skills and leadership qualities obviously. Developers need to have a good understand of python and machine learning frameworks.

TIME COMMITMENT: 3-5 hours per week to start. (remote/virtual work)

Key Responsibilities
-Research, develop and understand our project's needs
-Manage, create and develop strategic plan and work with developers to continue building a core system
-Work with other DEFEND teams and meet regularly (around your team's own schedule) to brainstorm and develop content in line with our mission

At first this will be a volunteer position but it may turn into a paid project.

Plus, all DEFEND team members can set a goal weekly and accomplish that goal, then they will be entered to win a $40 US Amazon gift card; new draw weekly! That's one of the great programs we have for all volunteers/team members.
