As a rapidly growing global nonprofit with a large network of entrepreneurs, professionals and students, we are developing and maintaining web services that handle a large influx of confidential data on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for an Information Security Lead to monitor the IT security risk across our tech stack, and design best practices to be enforced on developers and non-tech members in accordance with GDPR and our data protection commitment to our entrepreneurs.

We currently manage simple DevOps pipelines built with Dockers, GitHub Actions, Terraform and Azure Cloud (looking to deploy some applications in AWS soon). Our websites are built with WordPress PHP, GitHub Pages and Django-React.

Bridges for Enterprise ( bridgesforenterprise.com) provides free incubation services in consulting, finance, legal and technical advisory to support social enterprise startups in developing countries. To date, we have supported 94 startups in 30+ countries through our programme with the help of 300+ students and professionals from US, UK, Singapore, Canada, Netherlands and more.

BfE Technology ( tech.bridgesforenterprise.com) builds digital products that automate our internal operation to allow us to work efficiently at a global scale, and that facilitate resource-sharing within different stakeholders in our programme. We are also looking to build one of the first digital platforms open for social enterprise startups in the developing world to pool resources together, where our internal learning resources will also be made publicly available.
