With public schools staying closed for more than a year, we want to help families and kids to get back on tracks and discover a new culture as a window to the world!


We are looking for camp counselor assistants (see programs presentation below( :
- Either Fluent in French (able to explain French Grammar to kids)
- or Fluent in English (able to explain English grammar to kids) and preferred if you have some French basics


Must be available a minimum of 3 weeks (the wieeks will have to coincide with our sessions TBD)
Ideally available for the whole period From June 1 st to August 13

Due to Covid limitations and to limit interactions with the kids Must be available every day Monday- Friday for the whole period, either morning 8:00am to 1pm or afternoon 12:30 pm to 5:30 or full day .

June 1 and 2 will be dedicated to preparation without the children.



We plan on running 2 onsite summer programs this year quite similar but with some exceptions.

French Immersion program
In the morning for the immersion program the kids learn French and review mathematics so you will need to help them with both and be fluent in french. We provide booklets for French.
In the Afternoon, we do arts and craft, experiments, games, treasure hunts and hopefully we will add outdoor sport this year. For the immersion program, all afternoon activities will be held in French.


beginner french program
the morning will be dedicated to English and mathematics reviews following regular US public school program.
In the Afternoon, the program will be the same as the immersion camp but in englsih with some french vocabulary added and a few games to learn basic vocabulary : arts and craft, experiments, games, treasure hunts and hopefully we will add outdoor sport this year.

What will be the role of the assistant ?
- in the morning : Help kids with their booklets, prepare the material, help them get the material they need...
-in the afternoon : prepare the art and craft material form a provided list. help kids cutting, gluing, animate small games , help prepare treasure hunts
- help us make and keep the environment safe
- participate in making great lasting memories for kids


We need volunteers who love working with kids, with creativity , imagination. Who want to help kids succeed. We need to be able to count on you so if you commit, you're committed and we expect you :)


COVID-19 considerations: Social distancing and sanitizing protocols in place. We follow the health department requirements.
