This opportunity is for a candidate with many years of experience in writing technical research papers and producing professional technical reports.
We have been conducting research on the segregation Federal government policy of Redlining in the Boston, MA for the past year. The purpose of the research paper is to study the effects of redlining on built environment today as well as to demonstrate 'redline Sprawl' the migration of redline characteristics along with communities of color. Our specific focus is on a Burger King erected directly opposite a school in Hyde Park, MA.
This opportunity will require the volunteer to bring many different aspects of our research together. We have conducted smaller research projects, developed reports, commenced projects and followed court proceedings to develop a body of information and references that need to be used to make a professional technical report.
- Ability to bring many different ideas together, clearly and concisely in a professional manner.
- Use the reference material provided to support the ideas and make standard references.
- Produce professional technical report with pictures.
- Synthesize technical report into presentation form.
Overall objective is to present a thorough professional technical report with appendices that will withstand critical questions that this research will most definitely invite and presentation that will be able to convey the key elements of our report to the community.

The Afrimerican Culture Initiative Inc. (Afrimericanone) is a Restorative Project Management firm in Boston, MA. We are a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization with the mission to 'build Cultural bridges in the African diaspora through Education, Technology and Travel’.
Afrimericanone’s works to research, develop and implement Restorative Projects & Initiatives are making an impact! Restorative practices adopted from the Native American tradition focus on cultural rejuvenation, inclusion and non-punitive approaches.

- Completion date is April 16th. So as many hours that is needed, however, much of the research. But I imagine 3-5 hours a week will be more than fine as we have many of the research materials available just to put it all together professionally
