Our mission is simple: To feed a hot and nutritional meal to the homeless, the unemployed, the working poor, the mentally challenged, the physically challenged, senior citizens, and most importantly - the children.

The Soup Kitchen provides 200 meals per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! We make our meals fresh daily, consisting of soup, vegetable and fruit salads, hearty and filling side dishes, bread, dessert, and water. Along with this meal, our guests also get to choose from a wide variety of donations from our partners, such as Trader Joe's, Wal-Mart, The National Charity League, and community members like you who want to support our mission!

EARTH DAY PROJECT

Hygiene Kits

(We Request a Minimum 20 Kits Per Volunteer)

Along with a hot, nutritious meal, 7 days a week, we also hand out full Hygiene Kits every Tuesday to help keep our population clean and healthy. Our goal is to assist our guests in maintaining a well-balanced life, and your assistance in doing that is appreciated more than you know.

Please see below regarding instructions and items to include in our Hygiene Kits and additional/optional hygiene items that we pass out on an "as-needed" basis. For example, we do not add a toothbrush in our Hygiene Kits because one does not typically go through a toothbrush every week.

Mission Statement

Our mission is simple: To feed a daily nutritional meal to the homeless, the unemployed, the working poor, the mentally challenged, the physically challenged, senior citizens, and most importantly - the children. We provide this meal to our guests in a friendly, non-threatening atmosphere. We believe that no one should go to bed hungry, on the street, or otherwise. The Soup Kitchen provides a nutritional and tasteful meal to the less fortunate in our community. A meal that we would be proud to serve to our family at home. A well-balanced meal, made fresh daily, consisting of vegetable soup, lettuce and fruit salads, hearty and filling side dishes, bread, and muffins, dessert, milk, and water.
