Volunteers are at the heart of our mission - building bridges to success for children. Your support allows Children’s Home Society to DO GOOD every day!

The past year has been full of unique challenges, and CHS team members have worked together to find creative solutions to meet the needs of the clients we serve. While we are not hosting on-site volunteer activities, you can still donate your time and resources to make an impact in the lives of local children and families. Below are four ways you can stay involved:

CHS Remote Volunteer Projects

Whether you would like to volunteer as an individual or organize a group, help address critical program needs by gathering supplies and assembling resource kits. CHS team members will share these pre-assembled packages based on the greatest needs of their clients. To get started, visit www.chsfl.org/volunteer. View the calendar in your area and select 'Remote Volunteer Projects’ to sign up.

'Thanks to a Teacher’ Volunteer Project

The influence of a good teacher can never be erased. Now more than ever, we are grateful for the support from educators in our communities. Help recognize their service by sending in a card (or two!) telling us how a teacher has made a difference in your life. Cards will be shared with teachers in our Community Partnership Schools to inspire and encourage this outstanding group following a truly unique school year! Baby Shower Drive

Being a new parent can be overwhelming, especially for families struggling to make the difficult choice between paying rent and buying diapers. Our annual Baby Shower Drive supports new moms and dads by assisting with much need supplies for their little one.
