The Neighbor Network is seeking virtual volunteers to make phone calls to check in on older adults living in Brooklyn. These calls will connect older adults on Heights and Hills case management waitlist to critical resources and provide important support and connection. Volunteers will check in with their assigned senior matches on a regular basis (weekly or biweekly) to check on resource needs and provide light social conversation.
