Metro Detroit Michigan- Full Remote Teletherapy Position
Due to the affects of Covid-19 it has left so many people mental health is despair. Met Plus has switched gears to focusing on rebuilding individuals and families Mental Health from the comfort of their own home by providing Teletherapy to make ourselves accessible to those who are in need of counseling. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversees primary needs of patient, including assessment of client and family/caregivers, and develops comprehensive plan of care.
- Operate EHR/EMR Electronic Healthcare Records - Electronic Medical Record Software
- Facilitate Video or Phone Therapy Sessions with clients
- Must be organized and thorough with progress notes and plans of action
- Provides Psychosocial Therapy
- Monitors patient care through assessments, evaluations and/or patient records. Advocates for resources and removal of barriers.
- Maintains ongoing dialog with supervisor and other health providers to ensure effective implementation of health plan.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/ Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Licensed Master Social Worker
- Licensed Psychologist
- One or more of the following:
- Counselor credentialed from the Michigan Board of Counseling obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Psychologist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Clinical Psychologist
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Preferred Credential(s):
- (CAADC) Certified Advanced Addiction & Drug Counselor is a plus but not required
- Substance Use Disorders (SUD) Counselor Certification is a plus but not required
Education:
- Master’s degree of Social Work
- Master’s degree of Psychology
Work Experience:
- 0-5 Years
Job Type: Fee For Service /Contractual
Flexible Schedule
Pay Rate Per Insurance : Medicare Pay Rate is $75 for 1 Hour Sessions and $55 for Half Hour Sessions
Medicaid Pay Rate $40 for 1 hour Sessions
BCBS Pay Rate is $60 1 Hour Sessions
