Description
Samuels Community Garden is a school-based community garden affiliated with Denver Urban Gardens. We have about 40 families from the school and surrounding community, who come together to garden, grow food, teach the kids and enjoy nature. We run the Garden Club and the Garden-to-Cafeteria program with Samuels Elementary School. During harvest season we donate fresh produce from the garden to the Jewish Family Service food bank.
