Vaccination Pre-Registration Assistant

We, at FIBCO Family Services, Inc. are looking for volunteers to help us with our vaccination pre-registration event for April 2nd and April 6th-13th. The event will be held at the FIBCO Family Services campus located in Downtown Phoenix. The Vaccination Pre-registration Assistant will be responsible for helping the elderly, disabled, and other individuals in need to get registered for their Moderna vaccine (1st dose) online. The Vaccination Pre-registration Assistant will be assisting people over the phone while registering people on one of our computers. There are currently 3 shifts available and if you are interested you may sign up by using the link below:

There will be a virtual training that will go over how to use the Vaccination Management System (VMS), which is the system we will be using to register people. This training will be either be held next Monday or next Tuesday, an email will be sent to any volunteers who are interested via email.
