Are you looking for a way to support older adults? Do you like socializing? Or maybe you want to exercise your own social skills muscle. We're here to facilitate social connections.

Social Call brings together volunteers and older adults. The idea is to build community and to include all the players: we're especially intentional about reaching older adults.

Social Call Friendly Visitor volunteers call one older adult (or more if you'd like) each week. You'll have the chance to meet with your Social Call counterpart for at least 6 months, giving you both the chance to bond, to get to know each other, and to be part of a consistent and thoughtful experience. Calls last 30 to 60 minutes.

We empower individuals to live connected and fulfilled lives through our Community Services Division. Front Porch’s Community Services Division designs and administers 6 programs addressing 3 social problems affecting older adults: food insecurity, unstable housing, and isolation & loneliness.
