We are searching for enthusiastic advisory and/or committee members to help support the Board of directors of a dynamic mental health and women empowerment focused organization, Ready to Empower (RTE). Volunteers will advise and assist the directors in specific areas (see below) and help with general promotion of Ready to Empower as to support the organization’s mission and needs. This opportunity is perfect for someone with a skill set or expertise they would like to share to give back, but may not have the time to commit to regular Board meetings and operational tasks.

Description
Ready to Empower’s vision is to see a world where all women can have hope and be self-reliant. Our pilot program is being offered with one of our sister organizations based in Costa Rica, Árbol de Esperanza. The programs and support RTE offers to organizations internationally includes business guidance and mentoring for leaders running an established NGO, Non- Profit and or Association internationally. In addition, RTE offers programs such as; our Mental Health Program, Work for Service Program, and Educational classes to help empower the local leaders to be equipped to help their poverty stricken communities. As RTE looks into the future, sister organizations will one day function independently of Ready to Empower. Ultimately. RTE envisions self-sustaining chapters throughout the world.
