The specific criteria for the position:
Able to support, engage, and/or organize fundraising programs and demonstrate understanding of the strategies, tactics and interventions that facilitate a quality fundraising project.
Be willing to use skills, knowledge, abilities, expertise, connections, and resources to support the objectives of the organization.
Demonstrable understanding of characteristics of being a good board member, to include understanding the mission and vision of the organization.
Relate to the mission & vision of S2S Facts, Inc.
Be an ambassador for the organization supporting the advancement of its goals,
Effective leadership & decision-making skills:
Time commitment as outlined: 2year Term: max # Bi-Monthly Meetings.
Participate in at least 85% of Board meetings:
Co-Lead at least 2 community engagement initiatives per year (it can be a virtual interaction):
Monetary Board Member Fee of $50 (annual commitment).

S2S Facts, Inc. was founded in 2019, through it's bi-monthly sessions, activities, and social media outreach, the organization has over volunteered over 400 hours, empowered thousands within it's target demographics on topics suchas human trafficking, depression, suicide, toxic releationships, friendships, and more. Our strategic year goal is to expand the S2S Facts, Inc. model in at least 2 other states and 5 additional counties. Our Vision is to improve womens relations through stimulating collaboration and elevating self-compassion as well as self-development.
