We are always in need of Happy Pictures!
We put a Happy Picture in every Lemons of Love care package we share. We welcome kids of all ages to draw colorful pictures with happy, upbeat images. Please do not include any words, just happy drawings.
Children are encouraged to sign the back of their picture with their first name and age. These pictures are meant to be physical pictures that we can place in our care packages. Please make these pictures AT LEAST 8.5"x5.5" in size, but can be a full sheet of paper. Please mail completed pictures to the Lemons of Love Resource Center at 406 Central Road, Mt. Prospect, IL 60056. For drop off options, please contact one of our two locations:

It’s our mission to share love with those impacted by cancer through personalized care packages, free programs and ongoing support.
Description
Lemons of Love was created in 2014 when Jill Swanson was diagnosed with colon cancer. As she began chemotherapy, a friend gave Jill a small gift with items to help her through treatment. Inspired, Jill began her own little lemonade project of filling and sharing thoughtfully selected items with others in treatment.
Today, Lemons of Love is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers care packages to hospitals and oncology centers and provides personalized care packages for individuals with a donation. We offer free programs for anyone impacted by cancer at our Mount Prospect, Illinois location and provide one-on-one family support at our building in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Both locations allow us to welcome our community to support our mission.
