We are in need of a bilingual Korean-English speaker to help with our dog meat campaign based in South Korea!
This volunteer will perform research, act as a translator during meetings and negotiations, conduct outreach to Korean stakeholders/celebrities, and lobby for change on behalf of the victims of the dog meat trade.
This volunteer position is remote, however, the ideal candidate would be located in South Korea to travel to meetings, events, etc.

In Defense of Animals is a 501(3)(c) international non-profit organization dedicated to ending the exploitation and abuse of animals by raising the status of animals beyond that of mere property, and by defending their rights, welfare and habitat. IDA's efforts include educational events, cruelty investigations, boycotts, grassroots activism, and hands-on rescue through our sanctuaries in Mississippi and Cameroon, Africa. The world headquarters are located in San Rafael, California.
