Poppy Life Care is a United States non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is determined to educate and empower children and their parents living with children’s health issues related to spectrum disorders, development disorders, ADHD, anxiety and depression. Our goal is to facilitate awareness and education while building innovative care programs, which we hope to accomplish alongside our local communities, its businesses and people. We believe in helping each other as part of an ecosystem of local business, healthcare groups, academic institutions and professionals alike.

Not only are we passionate about what we do, but WHY we do it, which is to help children and their families that are living with spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression and more. We want to do our part in changing their quality of life for the better.

We believe that we can make a real impact on children's health by implementing unique care programs that include an interdisciplinary approach to education, treatment and therapies. We also believe that care, education, and support for children and their families should be easily accessible.

Position: Program Marketing Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

• Promote Poppy Life Care programs and services by developing original content, including press releases, articles, blogs, newsletters, website, social media content and other communication pieces.
• Develop marketing strategies for current and potential programs and services, and implement tasks/projects associated with them.
• Develop creative assets using design programs and/or apps such as or similar to Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Canva, Hubspot and others.
• Evaluate and monitor marketing campaign performance on an ongoingbasis by analyzing key metrics and working with analytics team to create comprehensive, actionable reports.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board Members, Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Managers and others.

What You Need for This Position:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or solid experience personally or professionally in marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to read, understand and analyze data via Google applications, including Analytics, Ads, Search Console and Think withGoogle.
• Understanding of graphic design principles, CMS platforms and general content creation principles and strategies.
• Must have excellent writing skills and ability to write for a variety of audiences and digital platforms.

Time Commitment:

Remote and flexible work schedule, including 8-10 hours per week with meetings via phone/Google Meet. Meetings may be scheduled during regular business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.). Meetings may be scheduled during normal business hours (Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).Three-month commitment required; six months preferred.
