Essential Functions

• Be the primary point of contact and build relationships with clients
• Help clients through email, phone, screen-share and scheduled meetings
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all marketing deliverables according to client needs and timelines
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/weekly initiatives to stay on track
• Responsible for working with other team s to onboard and integrate new clients

Qualifications

Basic

• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work with business owners, entrepreneurs, and startup founders.
• Experience in delivering client-focused marketing solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, customer service, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working remotely as part of a team.   
• Experience working in a start-up company, non-profit or entrepreneurial environment.  
• Self-directed and disciplined with the ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment.

This is a volunteer position. There will be no financial compensation. Our organization is 100% volunteer - run. We welcome volunteers located anywhere in the world, as long as they can connect reliably to the internet.
