Volunteers are vital to the success of our resale business. Bring your interests, skills, and talents, and together we’ll find just the right place for you. Opportunities include merchandising, sorting and pricing donations, online research, cashiering, social media support, Ebay online sale support, and more. Volunteers who devote a minimum of 4 hours per shift, one day a week qualify for a 20% discount. No previous experience necessary. We will train you. The Discovery Shop Los Gatos is owned and operated by the American Cancer Society, sell gently used donated merchandise. Proceeds from sale of donated merchandise fund research, education, advocacy and services to cancer patients and their families.
The Discovery Shops are resale retail platforms where dedicated volunteers make a difference in their community and beyond.
